About The Field House
The goal of The Field House is to see the community, especially children, reached for Jesus Christ through team involvement. Field House partners with local churches, businesses, parents and volunteers to invest in equipment and athletes participating in club, recreational and youth sports teams. The Field House Teams have also been created to impact the sports community. Other areas of Community Ministry will one day include professional athlete ministries, resources and clinics.
Athletics, in general, have a very positive impact on the lives of children. Organized sports, and team sports have the potential to provide an even greater positive impact on children's lives. Unfortunately, many children who may be gifted with some athletic ability, or who are extremely eager to learn a sport, cannot afford the costs associated with various team sports.
The Field House, a non-profit Christian organization, is dedicated to stepping in and filling the gap for families who could not otherwise afford the cost of playing organized team sports. The Field House pays registration fees, administrative fees, and equipment fees on behalf of those children who cannot afford the equipment or other fees involved with playing organized sports. The Field House will assist in the cost associated with playing different sports, at different levels, and for different age groups, for all children who have a need.
As a Christian organization, The Field House believes that by providing access to athletics for those who would not otherwise have the resources to play these various organized sports, we are given a unique opportunity to be a witness and testify for Christ in a true and authentic away. When a child is supported by The Field House, they will receive a Christian message of hope and encouragement which, is central to the ministry of the Field House. In doing so we believe a child's life will be impacted for Christ forever.
